When Alexian Brothers and Adventist merged to become AMITA Health, they quickly moved to purchase Presence Health – and became the largest community healthcare system in Illinois. Consumer perception was a top challenges. As providers race to consolidate and build new brands, patients can feel like an afterthought.

 We turned it into a positive: more locations, convenience, and specialized care. Quantitative and quantitative research showed an increase in brand recognition, web traffic, and patient volume.
